Hytek Engineered KU NOZ.S2AB is a robust manual diesel nozzle for diesel, HVO and biodiesel blends up to B30. It combines a cast aluminium body with a 1 inch hose tail swivel inlet and a cranked 25 mm spout for controlled refuelling from gravity feed tanks or with electric diesel transfer pumps in farm yards, workshops and construction sites. The 1 inch hose tail swivel connects to 1 inch (25 mm) fuel hose and reduces twisting as you move around vehicles, plant and generators.

Key Features

• Manual fuel nozzle for diesel, HVO and biodiesel up to B30; rugged cast aluminium body with cranked 25 mm spout for controlled refuelling of vehicles, plant and generators. No latch for safe manual flow control. Not for petrol or AdBlue.
• 1 inch female BSPP swivel inlet connects directly to 1 inch BSPP fittings and fuel hose tails on bunded tanks, IBCs and diesel transfer pumps. Swivel reduces hose twist and wear. Perfect for use with a fuel hose. Hose, pump and meter are not included.
• High flow performance up to 80 L/min keeps turnaround fast in yards and workshops. Progressive trigger allows smooth control from trickle to full. Cranked spout seats in the filler neck to cut splashback and spillage during gravity or pumped dispensing.
• Light to handle at 0.8 kg yet robust for daily use. Integrated storage hook protects the spout and seals between jobs and reduces damage from poor storage. Cast aluminium body offers corrosion resistance for farm, construction and fleet environments.
• Hytek Engineered approved since 2007 with in house inspections; supported by a 2 year parts warranty. Options sold separately: NOZ.S2LA with latch for hand pumps, NOZ.PU petrol version with latch, NOZ.S2AB 1 inch hose tail swivel, no latch.
