These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of PlumbEZ.co.uk and to orders placed through this website.

Please do not send returns, post or customer correspondence to our registered office. Returns and correspondence should be sent to our trading address unless we tell you otherwise.

2. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, or use the website in a way that breaks the law.

3. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for making sure the information on your account is accurate and up to date.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Product information

We aim to make product descriptions, prices, images, dimensions and availability as accurate as possible. Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the goods supplied.

We may correct errors, update product information, change prices or withdraw products at any time.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket. We may accept or reject an order.

We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or product information, payment is not authorised, delivery is not possible, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown before you place your order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

7. Delivery

We will deliver to the delivery address provided when the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, someone you nominate, or the delivery address you provided.

Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect.

8. Cancelling an order before it has been processed

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be sent to our warehouse or fulfilment partner shortly after being placed. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, packed, labelled, passed to a warehouse, fulfilment partner or courier, or marked as dispatched in our system, we may not be able to stop it before delivery.

If we cannot stop the order, you may need to follow the returns process below once the goods have been delivered.

This does not affect your legal right to cancel a consumer order within 14 days of receiving the goods, where that right applies.

9. Consumer right to cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before the 14-day cancellation period ends. The quickest way is by emailing sales@plumbez.co.uk, but you may also contact us by post or another clear statement.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us you were cancelling.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

Returned goods should be unused, complete, and returned with any packaging, accessories, instructions and parts supplied with them where possible.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary and this has reduced their value.

10. Refunds for cancelled consumer orders

If you cancel a consumer order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. We do not have to refund extra delivery costs if you chose a more expensive delivery service.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

12. Exceptions to cancellation rights

Some goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an exception applies under consumer law. This may include goods that are made to your specification, personalised, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

13. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

We may ask for photos or other information to help us resolve the issue.

Your legal rights are not affected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

14. Product installation and use

You are responsible for making sure goods are suitable for your intended use before installation. Plumbing products should be installed and used correctly and, where appropriate, by a competent person.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose. This does not affect your legal rights if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

15. Business customers

If you buy goods as a business, trade or professional customer, consumer cancellation rights may not apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights where applicable.

For business customers, our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

16. Product reviews

If you submit a product review, we may check it before publication. We may refuse or remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive, misleading, spam, abusive, irrelevant, fake, or otherwise unsuitable.

By submitting a review, you allow us to display the review on our website and use it for our business purposes in connection with the relevant product.

All website content, including text, images, logos, designs and product content, belongs to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

23. Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this form, but you can use it if you want to cancel a consumer order within the legal cancellation period.
