Vitcas Premium Fire Cement 500g is a ready-mixed, putty-like fire cement for sealing, jointing and repairing areas exposed to very high temperatures. It’s supplied in a convenient 500g tub and is commonly used for installation and maintenance work on fireplaces, stoves, range cookers, boilers and flue systems where a hard, heat-resistant set is required.
This is the standard (off-white / beige) Premium Fire Cement. Once cured, it forms a firm, durable repair and can help create smoke and gas-tight joints when used correctly on rigid, non-moving areas.

Application (quick guide)
- Remove soot, dust, grease and any loose material.
- Press the cement firmly into the joint or repair area and smooth off.
- Allow to dry thoroughly, then bring the appliance up to temperature gradually on first use.
Important: Fire cement sets rigid. If the joint is subject to movement or vibration, a flexible high-temperature method (for example stove rope and the correct adhesive where appropriate) is usually a better choice.
